It's time to reserve your pork
​Did you know that our free-range pigs are raised naturally on straw, are free-range and are free of hormones and antibiotics? When you buy our free-range pork, you are assured that your meat comes from careful and respectful breeding; the key to guaranteeing you very high quality meat.
We will bring the last part of our pigs to the butcher by Christmas.
Available half or whole.
Note: The pigs will be processed by the butcher and will arrive in batches in November and December. We will contact you to suggest a date and time for picking up your order.

The different cuts
Whether you choose half a pig or a whole, the cuts prepared by the butcher are the same (only the quantities vary):
- butt roast, shoulder roast, slice of buttock, slice of buttock, chops (pork chops), spareribs, hip meat, grilled meats and shanks.

We believe that ahalf pig will weigh between 120 and 150 pounds
We believe that awhole pig will weigh between 240 to 300 pounds

Deposit to reserve your pork
To reserve your pork and place your order, we require a$150 deposit. When your order is ready, we will call you to let you know, give you the weight of your boxes and to set a date and time for picking up your order from us, at home. You can choose to make your balance payment in 1 installment (cash, debit or credit) ou in 3 installments (with credit card only).
